A PECU sliding guide unit provides complete insulation between the shoe and the rail. This unit, consisting of our self-lubricating, highly wear-resistant PE insert and a U-profile made of Cell-VU, makes it possible to use without holding nubs to achieve complete insulation, without sound bridge. The corresponding holding shoe for this system is either HSMS, HSM, WSM, HSMLN or WSMLN. All existing inserts can be exchanged for PECU sliding guide units. Here we distinguish ourselves from competitive parts, whose sliding insert is rather floating and thus does not get stuck in the long run, as the experience shows. Noise measurements by a reputed testing company have shown excellent noise reduction values. Already well-known companies have recognized the advantage and use our parts. However, the insert not only brings special values with regard to noise insulation, but is also able to compensate for track misalignment in the center distance and also laterally due to the special shape of the Cell-VU intermediate layer. Cell-VU is a material of max. Can deform load by 90% and has no return loss when unloaded. By nature, it is resistant to oil and aging.
